Refund & Cancellation Policy

Learn how Subtriva subscriptions, free trials, cancellations, and refund requests work.

This policy explains trial access, subscription cancellation, and how to request review of a billing issue.

Important notice

This document describes Subtriva's current service practices. It is not a substitute for legal advice. Have qualified counsel review it before relying on it as a binding legal document.

1. Overview and Merchant of Record

Subtriva subscriptions are sold on a recurring basis through the checkout page. Lemon Squeezy may act as merchant of record, process payments, calculate or remit taxes, and issue receipts. The checkout disclosure and applicable Lemon Squeezy terms govern payment processing; this policy describes Subtriva’s service cancellation and refund request process.

No refund promise is made here beyond rights required by applicable law or an express written commitment shown to you at checkout. Do not rely on a money-back guarantee unless it is explicitly displayed in the checkout or a signed order.

2. Free Trials

A 14-day cardless trial, when offered, ends on the date shown in the account. A cardless trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you complete checkout and authorize a payment method. At trial end, access to paid features may be limited until a paid plan is purchased. If a specific offer says otherwise, that offer controls.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel at any time through the account billing controls or the payment provider’s customer portal, if available. Cancellation stops future renewals but generally does not prorate or refund the current billing period. You retain paid access until the end of the period unless applicable law requires a different result.

If you cannot access your account, use the Contact page and provide the account email and transaction identifier. Do not send full card details.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered for duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized charges reported promptly, or where required by applicable law. Other requests may be reviewed case by case, but approval is not guaranteed. We do not promise prorated refunds for unused time, partial months, downgrades, or forgotten cancellations unless required by law or stated in your order.

If a refund was expressly promised in a checkout offer or signed order, the stated eligibility window and conditions apply.

5. Requesting a Refund

Use the Contact page or the payment provider’s support link. Include the purchaser email, order or subscription ID, charge date, amount, and a brief explanation. Never include a complete payment-card number or security code. We may ask for reasonable information to verify the transaction.

We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method by the merchant of record; the time to appear depends on the financial institution. Subtriva cannot guarantee the provider’s processing time.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Contact us before filing a charge dispute when possible so we can investigate. We may suspend service access while a payment dispute or suspected fraud is reviewed, consistent with law and provider rules. This does not restrict your statutory rights.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our billing process or legal requirements. The revision date will be updated, and required notices will be provided.

8. Contact

For billing questions, use the Contact page. The business owner should confirm the applicable refund commitments and legal entity details before launch.
